Biography

Joe Coulter graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology in 2014. Joe has worked in advisory and consultancy roles in the arts sector primarily in the visual arts and music. He has also worked in ambassadorial roles, promoting and celebrating the cultural links between Belfast and Nashville. He is currently working within academia, with his wider PhD research focusing on the interfaces between peace and the arts. Joe is the Creative Director of Coulter Bureau and the Founder of The Belfast & Nashville Club for Culture.
